Absolutely stunning!!!! Lorella is a genius!!!! I love her!!!
It was a risk ordering a chandelier from Italy for a home in New Zealand, but we are so pleased we took the chance! It is a beautiful chandelier, really lovingly restored. Lorella made the process very easy. The packaging was superb and communication with Lorella has been such a pleasure! Would certainly - and hopefully will - purchase from Lorella again!
Buying something online without seeing it is always a worry, especially if it is antique. However, Lorella Dia made this process virtually risk free with her professional eye and assurances when acting on our behalf. Added to that she made this overseas purchase the simplest of transactions and packed the item to ensure it would arrive in perfect condition. We were delighted when we saw our chandelier for the first time and would therefore not hesitate to recommend her service to others or indeed contact her ourselves for future finds and purchases.
Lorella, is an excellent professional, with a real passion on her job. She is inspired, helpful and cooperative. She answered all my questions quickly and she helped me to chose the proper chandelier for my dining room. By the way, the chandelier was even more stunning in reality than in the photos, which is almost unbelievable! In addition to the above, there was no waste of time regarding the shipping of the chandelier. The packing was also excellent and very careful. I am very satisfied indeed!
